About Bryan
Bryan Zadeh is a mortgage professional with over 14 years of experience guiding clients through the home financing process with clarity and confidence. He takes a hands-on, advisory approach, working closely with each client to understand their goals and design a loan strategy that aligns with both their immediate needs and long-term plans.
Over the course of his career, Bryan has worked at major financial institutions including Bank of America, U.S. Bank, and Wells Fargo, as well as in independent mortgage banking with Guaranteed Rate. He has also held leadership roles as a lending manager, where he built and led successful teams while mentoring loan officers. This experience reflects his broader commitment to excellence in both client service and the mortgage industry.
Bryan is also an accomplished musician whose expertise spans classical and traditional music. When he is not helping clients secure financing, he is often performing; another field where precision, timing, trust, and consistent performance make all the difference. The same discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence define the way he serves his clients every step of the way.

Bryan holds a Ph.D. in music composition and is also a lecturer at University of California, Santa Barbara. His background in education allows him to clearly explain complex mortgage concepts, helping clients feel informed and confident throughout what can often be a daunting process. His academic and musical training has shaped a disciplined, detail-oriented mindset that helps him navigate complex financial scenarios with precision while maintaining a smooth and organized process.
Outside of work, Bryan is a dedicated family man, married for over 15 years and a proud father of a son and a daughter. His values of stability, responsibility, and long-term planning are reflected in how he advises his clients.
